Edit Team

The Edit Team is mainly responsible for making books of Master Xuecheng’s blogs. So far, the “Monk Blog” series has published 100 books.

All articles in the Monk Blog are based on Ven. Xuecheng’s blog, published to record the historical development of Longquan Monastery. The series fall into four categories, including Longquan dairy, blogs, messages and special topics. Among them, the Longquan Dairy records the daily developments of the Monastery. The blog collection records reflections of the monks, volunteers and lay Buddhists during their Buddhism practice and supportive activities. The message collection comes from questions and answers on the blog.

The book series has two major characters. First, all articles are original. Second, the whole process of article selection and editorial work is made by collaborative efforts of monks and lay Buddhists volunteers.

Monk Blog Series is a key element of Ven. Xuecheng’s cultural endeavors, and it is a real and precious historical resource, providing a platform for lay Buddhists to learn Buddhism and to purify their minds, and a dynamic Buddhism presentation to the public. The book is rich in thoughts, beautiful in design, and illustrative in both words and pictures. Broad appraises have been made by guests from home and abroad.
