Ven. Xianchao, the Director of Longquan Monastery Tripitaka Office, was invited by Fudan University and Zhejiang University to give a lecture entitled “Towards the Evolution of Mindful Intelligence: the Buddhist Interpretation of Artificial Intelligence (AI)”

Apr.7th,2018【Longquan Update】Ven. Xianchao, the Director of Longquan Monastery Tripitaka Office, was invited by Fudan University and Zhejiang University to give a lecture entitled “Towards the Evolution of Mindful Intelligence: the Buddhist Interpretation of Artificial Intelligence (AI)” on March 26th and 29th respectively. Combining "Feeling, Perception, Mental Formation and Consciousness" from Buddhism with "Perception, Cognition, Emotion and Mind" from AI, Ven. Xianchao gave an in-depth interpretation of AI. The master also discussed with students and teachers on such topics as science & technology, psychology, and Buddhism.
