Led by Ven. Xianyu, Chief Cook of Longquan Monastery, a group of novice monks and postulants planted organic fruit trees on the Earth Heart Organic Farm lately.

Apr. 3rd, 2018【Longquan Update】Led by Ven. Xianyu, Chief Cook of Longquan Monastery, a group of novice monks and postulants planted organic fruit trees on the Earth Heart Organic Farm lately. With the aspiration to improve the environment and contribute to a better future, they followed the Buddhist tradition of “Valuing Agriculture and Zen” and completed the day's work successfully. Buddhism advocates “Glorify the Country and Benefit Sentient Beings”. They hoped that the cherry trees they had planted could bloom and fructify as seasons change to serve the public.
