Longquan Monastery received the “Contribution Award for Inheritance of Traditional Culture” of the 8th International Symposium on Traditional Culture and Eco-civilization.

Dec.12^th, 2017【Activities of Longquan】The 8th International Symposium on Traditional Culture and Eco-civilization, jointly organized by the Chinese Society For Environmental Sciences (CSES) and other four institutions, was recently held in Beijing. Over 200 experts and scholars from all over the world participated in the symposium, for which Ven. Master Xuecheng wrote an inscription – “Compassionately Save the World, Solemnity in Dependent and Proper Reward”. On behalf of Beijing Longquan Monastery, Ven. Chanxing, Monastic Manager, received the “Contribution Award for Inheritance of Traditional Culture” from the organizers.
