The first Sangha Vocal Class of Beijing Longquan Monastery officially started recently. Ven. Chanxing, Monastic Manager, Ven. Xianxun, Director of the Education Department, and Cantor Ven. Xianjin gave Dharma talks respectively at the opening ceremony.

Oct.23^rd, 2017【Activities of the Sangha】The first Sangha Vocal Class of Beijing Longquan Monastery officially started recently. Ven. Chanxing, Monastic Manager, Ven. Xianxun, Director of the Education Department, and Cantor Ven. Xianjin gave Dharma talks respectively at the opening ceremony. In light of Longquan’s philosophy of Sangha education to “transform the monastery into an institution of learning”, and contemporary development of Buddhism as well as the current dependent origination in the monastery, the masters encouraged the Sangha to keep aspiration, follow the teachers, broaden the mind, promote Buddhism and benefit all sentient beings.
