Guanghua Monastery in Putian grandly held Three Refuges and Five Commandments Dharma Assembly on the morning of February 5. Ven. Master. Xuecheng was invited to conduct the ritual for more than two thousand laypeople at home and abroad. In accordance with the Buddhist rules, Ven. Master Xuecheng first transmitted Three Refuges for them all and then Five Commandments to the more aspirant ones.
