On September 27, delegates of the BAC, led by Ven. Master Xuecheng, arrived at Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan Republic, to attend Baku International Humanitarian Forum. For the first time, the Buddhist community was invited by the government of Azerbaijan to represent at the forum, now in its fifth annual meeting. It was also the first time that the BAC visited Azerbaijan, marking out as a trailblazing historical event.
